TWO UNFORGETTABLE DAYS IN STOCKHOLM
Dear member of the Queen Silvia Nursing Award Network,
You have been invited to the very first QSNA Network Meeting since you are one of the alumni in this exclusive network. The official launch of the network will happen in conjunction to the QSNA Network Meeting in Stockholm, Sweden, on the 24th and 25th of September 2018.
The Network Meeting is an event for the network-members from all the QSNA-countries, where we meet to gain inspiration, develop our competence and find new contacts and friends from different countries.
A NETWORK FOR PREVIOUS SCHOLARS AND FINALISTS OF
QUEEN SILVIA NURSING AWARD
The QSNA Network is an alumni association for previous scholars and finalists of the Queen Silvia Nursing Award, therefore, it is a network consisting of nurses and nursing students. The network will provide career support, development of competence-areas such as nursing and leadership, as well as fun activities to encourage new ideas, competence-exchange and building friendships within the network.

Venue & Accomodation
The QSNA Network Meeting 2018 will take place at Ulfsunda Slott in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a beautiful castle from the 17th century that combines old details from the castles original look with modern design. All the rooms are beautifully decorated, and most of the event activities will take place in “Rikssalen”, a room filled with history and art.
During the event we will eat good food and engage in great conversations and fun activities around the castle-grounds. There will also be free-time around the event where you will have time to explore more of Stockholm, if you wish.
The costs for accommodation and activities within the programme on September 24-25 are all covered for and there will be no cost for you to attend the event.

Walk to the Stockholm metro (tunnelbana) and take the green line (T17-T19) towards hässelby strand and get of at Alvik. From Alvik you take buss 110 or buss 112 and get of at the station named Ulfsunda Slott.

The event is free of charge for all alumni. Regarding traveling expenses, we cover the costs up to 125 € depending on the distance you are traveling. When you RSVP “Yes” to this invitation, you will be directed to another page to fill in some information, including which city you are traveling from. You will be partly compensated for your traveling costs based on direct distance to Stockholm:
0-55 km: 0 €
55-200 km: up to 50 €
200-500 km: up to 75 €
500-800 km: up to 100 €
800 + km: up to 125 €
Please keep the receipts for your traveling costs to receive compensation.
